Weston Place was built with details to make residents’ lives as comfortable as possible.
Weston Place features post-tension concrete construction and uses load bearing pre-cast concrete panels. The floors are 10 feet in height from floor to floor and 10 inches thick. Energy efficient windows have a low-E coating to increase thermal performance and reduce heating and cooling costs and also help protect furniture and personal belongings from fading.
Interior characteristics include airy, 10-foot ceiling heights and abundant windows so residents enjoy natural light from all directions. All condos have between one and four balconies.
All condos are required to have triple wall construction between neighboring homes, acoustic flooring and ceiling treatments to minimize noise transfer. The building is acoustically engineered for sound isolation and privacy.
There are video cameras covering all entrances and exits to the building. Specially equipped elevators restrict access to the residential floors, and several other security features enhance the safety of Weston Place residents.
